Ukrainian deftech company "Combat Birds of Ukraine" has presented a new operational unmanned aerial vehicle TRX, designed to perform reconnaissance and strike missions. This is reported by Defender Media.
Technical Specifications
The declared flight range of the aircraft reaches 450 km. The TRX can remain airborne for over 200 minutes, develops a cruising speed of up to 120 km/h, and operates at altitudes from 50 to 500 meters. The maximum takeoff weight of the drone is 46 kg, and the combat payload ranges from 7 to 12 kg.
The unmanned aircraft supports control via satellite or digital radio communication and is equipped with day and thermal imaging cameras. An automatic target acquisition system allows missions to be launched without manual guidance.
Deployment Status
Currently, the TRX is undergoing codification procedures. At the same time, the Defense Forces are already using it as a relay, and the start of combat deployment of the strike version is expected in the near future.
