The state paid Ukrainians a record UAH 509 million in cashback for August 2025 – 49% more than last year. Payments started on November 11, the Ministry of Economy reports.
For comparison: in August 2024, program participants received UAH 342 million, while in 2025, they received UAH 509 million.
"Every hryvnia returned to the consumer works for the Ukrainian producer: it stimulates demand, preserves jobs, and supports the domestic market," said Deputy Minister of Economy Andriy Telyupa.
In August, Ukrainians purchased domestic goods worth almost UAH 5.1 billion. More than 3.6 million people took advantage of the program.
A total of 1,860 companies from various sectors have joined the "National Cashback" program. Throughout 2025, approximately UAH 4 billion was paid out to buyers.
To participate, one needs to register in "Diia", choose one of 20 partner banks, and open a special "National Cashback" card.
