Parents of first-graders are reminded that the deadline for submitting applications to receive 5000 hryvnias under the state program «School Package» ends on November 15, 2025.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
How to submit an application online
If you have the «Diia» app installed, check for a push notification about the possibility to submit an application. To do this, you need to:

update the mobile app;

go to the section «Services» → «State Assistance» → «School Package»;

select the child's data, open «Diia Card» and sign the application.
If «Diia» is not installed
Parents or legal representatives of the child can contact the service center of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
You need to have:

a passport or another document that proves identity;

Tax Identification Number (if available);
-
documents confirming the representative's authority (if necessary).
The birth certificate, marriage certificate, or court decision must be submitted in paper form only if the Pension Fund cannot obtain them electronically.
The application must specify the details of the current account with a special usage regime opened at an authorized bank. This is where the funds will be credited.
What the funds can be spent on
The assistance is provided exclusively in non-cash form. Within 180 days, the money can be spent on school supplies, clothing, and footwear at stores or from entrepreneurs who have the appropriate type of activity.
In Ukraine, there is an interactive map of retail outlets where you can pay with funds from the «School Package» program — currently, it covers over 25 thousand stores across the country.
Unused funds after six months will be automatically returned to the state budget.
