The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has put 129 land plots in the Kyiv region up for repeat open auctions in the Prozorro.Sales electronic system, the regulator announced.
What is being offered
The NBU acquired these land plots as repayment of debt related to banks’ refinancing. According to the published list, 75 plots are designated for development, the remainder for private household farming.
When and where the auctions will be held
Auctions for all lots are scheduled for December 23. The plots are located in Makariv, Bucha, Vyshhorod, Obukhiv and Brovary districts of the Kyiv region.
Other announced assets
- The Dragobrat ski resort in the Zakarpattia region has been put up for sale for $2.75 million (nearly UAH 117 million).
- In the Ivano-Frankivsk region, a private 0.62-hectare land plot was transferred to state ownership for conservation purposes for the first time.
Context
The NBU is selling such assets to partially recover funds disbursed as refinancing. Sales are conducted through Prozorro.Sales to ensure open access for buyers to the lots.
