“Bread at the Cost of Life”
Who it is dedicated to
The stamp is dedicated to Oleksandr Hordiienko — a deputy of the Kherson Regional Council, owner of the Hordiienko farming enterprise and head of the Association of Farmers of the Kherson Region. He worked in agriculture for more than 30 years and was killed during the full-scale war while carrying out his work: demining fields, taking down enemy drones, and continuing to grow crops in an area of constant shelling.
Print run and date
The stamp's print run is 300,000 copies. On 5 September 2025 it became known that Russian occupation forces had taken his life.
