UPG receives AMCU approval to buy 16 more gas stations

UPG was granted permission by the Antimonopoly Committee to acquire 16 gas stations linked to the Privat Group that operated under the ANP and Avias brands.

Regulator's decision

The Antimonopoly Committee allowed LLC "UPG" to acquire 16 filling stations that belonged to a number of companies associated with the Privat group.

About the stations and the owner

The stations operated under the ANP and Avias brands. The ultimate beneficiary of the mentioned companies was named as Yuriy Kiperman.

  • Seller companies: Sorella Oil, Naftaprime, Ecotrade Company, Perspektiva Pro, Aylong Evolution, Lider Finance, Like Invest, Sky Project, Newport Holding, Start Business-Plus.

Previous approvals

Recently the Antimonopoly Committee also approved the acquisition of control over 25 filling stations: 10 were transferred to UPG, 15 — to Ukrpaletsystem for lease. Earlier Ukrpaletsystem received permission to lease 383 stations.

About UPG

UPG (Ukrainian Petrol Group) operates in 20 regions; the founder is Volodymyr Petrenko. At the end of September 2025 the company relaunched the first batch of 34 filling stations in Kyiv and the surrounding region.
