Cabinet doubles compensation for farm construction in front-line areas

The Cabinet of Ministers has increased compensation for construction of livestock farms in frontline territories from 25% to 50% of the cost. The decision is intended to stimulate investment in livestock farming and accelerate the restoration of production in regions near the combat zone.

On November 26, the Cabinet of Ministers increased the size of compensation for the construction of livestock farms in frontline territories from 25% to 50% of the cost. The decision is intended to stimulate investment in cattle breeding and accelerate the restoration of production in regions near the combat zone. This was reported by the Ministry of Economy.

"Increasing reimbursement to 50% – this is significant financial support for businesses that continue to invest in the recovery of animal husbandry. This decision will not only lower the cost of constructing new facilities, but will also contribute to growth in milk production and value-added products"

– emphasized Taras Vysotskyi, Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine.

He added that communities in frontline regions will receive new jobs, more stable incomes and greater opportunities for development even under the difficult conditions of war.
