On the night of November 14, Russians attacked Kyiv with drones and cruise missiles. Four people were killed, and at least 29 were injured, reported the State Emergency Service.
An air raid alert was declared overnight due to UAVs. Subsequently, the Air Force recorded the takeoff of a MiG-31K and the launch of cruise missiles towards the capital.
Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported fires and damage to buildings in several districts. There may be interruptions in electricity and water supply in the city, with damaged sections of heating networks. In the Desnyansky district, due to an accident on the heating main, some buildings are temporarily without heating.
According to the KMVA, among the injured are two children – aged 7 and 10. Fifteen people were hospitalized, including a pregnant woman. Others received assistance on-site.
The State Emergency Service reported that over 40 people were rescued. Hits were recorded in high-rise buildings in the Podilskyi, Obolonskyi, and Sviatoshynskyi districts. Fires broke out in the Shevchenkivskyi, Dniprovskyi, Darnytskyi, Desnyanskyi, and Solomianskyi districts. In the Holosiivskyi district, debris fell on the territory of a hospital.
The head of the KMVA, Tymur Tkachenko, confirmed: four dead, 29 injured (two children), 15 hospitalized. There may still be people under the rubble.
