At around 07:20 on Saturday, the occupiers launched a ballistic missile strike on the city of Mykolaiv.
On the morning of Saturday, November 1, the Russians carried out a missile strike on Mykolaiv, resulting in casualties. This was reported by the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitaliy Kim.
According to him, at approximately 07:20, the occupiers struck Mykolaiv with a ballistic missile (preliminarily identified as "Iskander-M" with a cluster warhead).
One person was killed as a result of the Russian attack. There are also reports of 15 injured (of varying degrees of severity). Among the injured is a child, whose condition is assessed as moderate.
The mayor of Mykolaiv, Oleksandr Senkevych, added that the occupiers targeted civilians. He expressed condolences to the relatives of the deceased and wished a speedy recovery to the injured.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported that rescuers were involved in eliminating hazards at the strike site. Efforts were made to wash away spilled fuel using water and air-mechanical foam to prevent a fire.
