President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that there are nine dead in Ternopil. There may still be people under the rubble, and rescue operations are ongoing.

Chemical Threat
The Ternopil Regional Military Administration reported after the shelling that, according to preliminary operational information, the chlorine content in the air in Ternopil exceeds the norm by six times.
Residents are urged to stay indoors and close windows due to the threat of chemical contamination.
