Power supply problems have arisen in several districts of Odesa due to a drone attack by the occupiers. This was reported by the head of the city's military administration, Serhii Lysak.
Aftermath of the attack
As a result of the enemy strike, power is out in several districts of the city. The city operational headquarters is working. Resilience hubs are open around the clock.
There are disruptions to electric transport on some routes – the relevant services are working to restore service. No further official details yet.
Air raid alert
The air raid alert in Odesa and the region lasted for more than two and a half hours, until 20:47. The Air Forces warned of a Russian drone attack.
Attacks in other regions
In Kharkiv, as a result of a massive drone strike on the evening of November 23, fires broke out. Four people were killed and 13 more were injured, including two children.
In Ternopil, law enforcement officers are searching for the remains of people who went missing after the Russian shelling on November 19 among the rubble of destroyed houses.
Context
Russia regularly attacks Ukrainian cities with strike drones. Odesa, located on the Black Sea coast, has been suffering daily shelling since the start of the full-scale invasion.
