The Pension Fund of Ukraine has completed the calculation of housing subsidies for the heating season 2025–2026, reports the Ministry of Social Policy, Family, and Unity.
The amount of the subsidy for October has been determined taking into account the cost of heating – whether individual gas or electric heating or centralized heating supply. Since the heating season began in the second half of the month, the calculation covers the period from October 16 (16 days).
How to check the accrued subsidy online
You can check the accrued amount right now:
- Log into your personal account on the official web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine
- Go to the "My Subsidy" section
How to submit documents for subsidy appointment
Citizens who are entitled to a housing subsidy but have not yet applied for it can submit documents:
- Online: through the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund or the mobile application "Pension Fund of Ukraine"
- In person: at any service center of the Pension Fund
- By mail: to the address of the relevant territorial body of the Fund
Important: If documents are submitted by November 30, the subsidy is granted from the beginning of the heating period. If applied after this date – from the month of document submission.
Reminder: The Cabinet of Ministers has expanded the housing subsidy program for internally displaced persons – it now continues automatically, covers more expenses, and allows renting any housing. Families pay no more than 20% of their income.
