What happened
Today in Irpin the charitable foundations Save Ukraine and Humaniti began distributing food packages to families who are currently most in need of support. The initiative was confirmed by Oleksandr Pashchynskyi, the first deputy mayor of Irpin. They plan to distribute 1,000 packages over the course of the week.
Who the aid is intended for
The packages are primarily intended for families with the greatest social vulnerability: families raising orphaned children, families with children with disabilities or special educational needs, large families, and single mothers with young children. Also prioritized are families of service members, internally displaced persons, and those affected by the war or who have found themselves in difficult life circumstances.
How to get a package
If you need assistance, you must fill out a registration form — submitting an application does not guarantee receiving a package due to the limited number available. One food package is provided per family. Applicants who are included in the recipients' list will receive an SMS indicating the day, time, and place of distribution.
