What is planned
Throughout the month, cleanup of areas will be carried out in all villages of the community, volunteer clean-ups (toloky) will be organized, road markings will be renewed, green plantings will be pruned, cemeteries will be cleaned and electric poles cleared of notices. Special attention — to children's and sports playgrounds, recreation areas and other public spaces.
Educational institutions, outpatient clinics and structural subdivisions of the Bilohorodska Village Council will join the month-long effort — each will organize a cleanup on the adjacent territory.
How residents can join
Village head Anton Ovsienko urges residents to clean around their own yards, involve neighbors and handle green waste responsibly — branches, leaves and grass. Those who plan to clean in public places will be provided with garbage bags and gloves free of charge by the council.
«A clean community begins with us. Thank you to everyone who finds the time to take care of the cleanliness around their home»
– Anton Ovsienko, Bilohorodska village head
On waste — a separate note
The community reminds residents to handle waste responsibly. Illegal dumps spoil the appearance and harm the environment. If it is necessary to arrange removal of garbage from a specific location, you should contact the municipal enterprise that services your village.
