Zelensky approves new delegation for negotiations

President Volodymyr Zelensky has approved a new delegation for negotiations to resolve the war. The delegation will be headed by National Security and Defense Council Secretary Rustem Umerov; its members include Budanov, Hnatov, Ivashchenko and Kyslytsia.

On Saturday, November 29, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy updated the composition of the delegation for negotiations on resolving Russia's war against Ukraine. The relevant documents were published on the website of the Office of the President.

According to Decree No. 869/2025, the delegation will be headed by Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Rustem Umerov.

Composition of the delegation

The delegation includes:

Oleksandr Bevz – advisor to the Cabinet of the President of Ukraine, Office of the President; Kyrylo Budanov – head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense; Andriy Hnatov – Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; Oleh Ivashchenko – head of the Foreign Intelligence Service; Serhiy Kyslytsia – First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Business

The Caspian Pipeline Consortium reported damage to one of its three offshore berths following an alleged attack by unmanned boats at 04:06. There is no independent confirmation; VPU-2 has been declared inoperable and a replacement is already being fabricated in Dubai.
