During a patrol, police found a man lying unconscious on the road. Medics determined that the 30-year-old victim has a severe traumatic brain injury, a brain contusion, and a fracture of the temporal bone.
Charges and consequences
Law enforcement promptly detained the attacker and provided first aid to the victim. The detainee was notified of suspicion under Part 1 of Article 121 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — intentional grievous bodily harm.
