Including value added tax, the buyer must pay UAH 1.62 million.

The assets transferred into private ownership include a permanent building with a total area of over 450 sq. m and several temporary structures of approximately 30 sq. m each.
The site also contains a restroom of 41.9 sq. m, a reservoir of 11.9 sq. m and a fence 377 metres long.
The condition of the inventory objects is assessed as satisfactory.
The property is located at: Lyman village, Zolokarska St., 19, on a recreational land plot in the "Katran" resort area. The land plot is not included in the subject of the sale.
As of 31 October 2025, the base has been leased under a contract that will remain in effect until 10 February 2029.
Information about the buyer
Invest Haus Plus LLC, associated with Yevhen Bohuslavskyi, is registered with a specialization in managing real estate for a fee or on a contractual basis.
Bohuslavskyi is the owner of the financial company "Inkam". In early 2023 this entity, on behalf of an unnamed investor, purchased a lot from MR Bank that included claims under a secured loan — the Tsarsky City Resort fitness club in Kyiv.
He later attempted to privatize the Kyiv Prosthetic Plant, but conceded the victory to Roman Lunin, owner of the "Velyka Kyshenya" chain.
In November 2024 the company Top-Offer, of which Bohuslavskyi was indicated as beneficiary, won the auction to privatize the Bilhorod‑Dnistrovskyi commercial seaport; on 28 November the owner became former MP Volodymyr Prodyvus.
In September 2025 Top-Offer won the auction to privatize the state enterprise "Spetsagro", which has assets in Kyiv and Zhytomyr.
