The lessee became the sole participant in the auction
Private joint-stock company "Lviv Liqueur and Vodka Plant" (ЛГЗ) became the only bidder for the privatization of the single property complex of the former state enterprise of the same name, which the company had leased for 25 years. The data were published on the Prozorro.Продажі platform.
According to the system's information, ЛГЗ offered nearly UAH 177 million for the state asset.
What is included in the privatization lot
The complex includes 33 units of real estate: production and warehouse premises, buildings, workshops, depots, as well as railway tracks. The total area of the facilities exceeds 21,000 sq. m.
Six buildings, including the main 1931 building, are listed as local heritage monuments.
The land plot of 4.9 ha on which the property is located is not part of the privatization lot and is not for sale.
Information about the company owner
According to the LIGA360 service, PJSC "Lviv Liqueur and Vodka Plant" belongs to businessman Ivan Okhabskiy. In 2024 the company recorded UAH 190 million in net revenue and declared UAH 25,000 in profit.
Products of the plant
ЛГЗ produces alcoholic products under the brands "Lvivska", Lemberg, Perlova and others. The range includes vodka, infusions, fruit liqueurs, balsams, liqueurs and vinegar.
