Law enforcement officers in Kyiv's Holosiivskyi district detained a 36-year-old resident of Dnipro at a hotel who stabbed a neighboring room guest with a knife. This is reported by UNN citing the National Police of Ukraine in Kyiv.

The victim turned out to be a 51-year-old resident of Vinnytsia region. According to the investigation, the conflict started with a household mistake: his underage daughter confused the doors and accidentally entered the neighboring room.

The man who was there began cursing at the girl. Frightened, she ran back to her room and told her father everything. To sort out the situation, the man came to his neighbor. However, a conflict immediately arose between them, during which the suspect pulled out a knife and struck the victim in the abdomen.
