Mykhailo Klymenko, a Ukrainian musician and one of the founders of the band ADAM, has died after a prolonged course of treatment. Until the end he remained in a coma.

In November the band reported that Klymenko had been fighting a severe illness for about two months — tuberculous meningitis — and during treatment he was placed in intensive care.

History of the band ADAM

The band ADAM was formed in 2015 by Mykhailo Klymenko together with his wife Oleksandra Norova. The lineup also included Maksym Kozachenko (guitar), Andriy Hrytsenko (drums) and Vyacheslav Shevchenko (sound engineer). The group gained wide recognition thanks to the songs “Povilno” and “Au Au.”

In addition, today, December 7, reports say that Volodymyr Sysenko, head coach and one of the co-founders of SC “Poltava,” has died. He was 63 years old; the cause of death has not yet been disclosed.
