Leonid Polupan has ended an eight-year career at Microsoft, where in recent years he led the Ukrainian office. On December 1 he assumed the position of CEO of Seeton, a company that operates as a systems integrator in Ukraine and Azerbaijan.

Rotation at Microsoft

The duties of the acting head of Microsoft in the Baltic countries and in Ukraine are currently being performed by Yevhen Kahanovskyi. He is responsible for the Central Europe region, holds degrees in philology, law, and economics, previously worked at Samsung and IBM, and has been with Microsoft since 2019. Since December 2024 Kahanovskyi has headed the customer success division in Central Europe.

Plans of the new CEO

Polupan announced that he will focus Seeton on establishing the basic building blocks for sustainable growth: an effective management model, a professional team, and reliable technologies. He intends to strengthen the company's technical expertise, particularly in the areas of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, and to prepare the business for scaling.

It is also noted that recently a former top manager with experience at Microsoft and Google joined Apple, and the designer of the iPhone Air left Apple to pursue a startup in the field of artificial intelligence.
