The Ministry of Defense clarified that the Reserve+ application operates normally from July 18–22. The only window of risk is 1–2 hours at night, when scheduled maintenance work is conducted.
For most users, this changes nothing. However, there is a specific category of people who should prepare in advance.
If you are subject to military service, have a deferral or reservation, and plan to cross the state border at night or have grounds for movement during curfew hours, we recommend downloading a PDF version of your military service document just in case.

A paper printout is also an option: the Ministry of Defense directly noted that it should be kept with you in case the application cannot be opened.
Why now
The technical work is taking place against the backdrop of expanding Reserve+ functionality. According to the Ministry of Defense, over 2,000 people have already submitted contract applications through the application — the service has transformed from a registry into a full-fledged tool for interaction with the army.
In parallel, starting from 2026, automatic renewal of deferrals will be implemented through Reserve+ — the system will verify data in state registers without resubmission of applications. Those whose deferral type has not yet been digitized will contact the CNAP (Single Window Service Center). Infrastructure updates are apparently being conducted for this reform.
What to do right now
- Open Reserve+ → "Documents" section → save the PDF of your military service document
- If necessary — print it out and take it with you on the road
- Check the status of your deferral in the extended document data — before the start of the work
After July 22, the Ministry of Defense promises full restoration of all services.
If the technical work is indeed related to preparing for automatic renewal of deferrals in 2026 — how ready is the system for situations where data in registers is incomplete or outdated, and who is responsible for erroneous cancellation of a deferral due to a synchronization failure?
