Samsung to showcase AI devices and new displays on January 4 in Las Vegas

Samsung is holding a The First Look presentation ahead of CES 2026: the event will take place on January 4 in Las Vegas, two days before the show opens. The company intends to present its vision for applying artificial intelligence in gadgets, displays and home appliances.

Who will speak

The event will be opened by Han Jong-hee, head of the Device eXperience division. Also on stage will be TV division chief Yun Soo-won and head of the home appliances unit Kim Chol-gi. They will outline the company’s main development priorities for the coming year.

Announcements and broadcast

A presentation of next‑generation televisions and home appliances with expanded AI capabilities is expected; the company may also hint at updates to the Galaxy lineup. The new products will be showcased in a large exhibition area during CES 2026.

The presentation is planned to be streamed online on YouTube and via Samsung services, and the company’s exhibition stand will operate at the Wynn Las Vegas hotel from January 4 to 7.

Previous Samsung releases

Samsung recently announced the slim Galaxy TriFold smartphone with triple folding. In July the company introduced the slim Galaxy Fold 7. The Galaxy Flip 7 and Flip 7 FE models debuted with 50 MP cameras, AI voice features and a starting price of around UAH 40,000.
