Ukrainian AI Diia.AI Wins Best Cases Awards 2025 in Public Services Category

The European Commission named Diia.AI the winner in the Solutions for Citizens category at the Best Cases Awards 2025; the AI feature in Diia has more than 120,000 users.

Victory at the Best Cases Awards 2025

The European Commission announced the winners of the Best Cases Awards 2025. In the category of solutions for citizens, the Ukrainian AI assistant Diia.AI took first place.

Applications and users

The AI integrated into the Diia platform has been providing consultations and enabling access to public services in the role of an assistant since September. Since its launch, it has been used by more than 120,000 people.

The project and international cooperation

The project was implemented under the DT4UA initiative, carried out by the Academy of Electronic Governance with support from the European Union. The Ukrainian delegation presented the solution during the event.

  • A new joint initiative with Nvidia has been launched to create sovereign AI.
  • Diia.AI has been entered into the Book of Records as the first AI assistant for public services.
