What will change in the metro
From the start of service and approximately until 11:00, the “Maidan Nezalezhnosti” metro station will operate only for transfers between lines. Passenger entry and exit will be temporarily restricted. In the event of an air‑raid alert the station will function as a shelter.
Changes in surface transport
The KCSA clarifies that a number of bus routes will change their routes or operate under different designations for the duration of the events. Main adjustments:
- No. 6ТР — from the start of service until the end of the events (approximately until 13:30) and from 16:30 to 18:00 will run from the Minskyi neighborhood to the Povitroflotskyi overpass under the number 6АР;
- No. 62 — from the start of service and approximately until 11:00 will run from the Botanical Garden to the “Central” railway station under the number 62A;
- No. 110 and No. 111 — from the start of service and approximately until 12:00 will run to the Havanskyi Bridge, then via Naberezhno‑Khreshchatytska, Nyzhniy Val, Kostiantynivska and Verkhniy Val to the “Kontraktova Ploshcha” metro station and will operate under the numbers 110A and 111A;
- No. 114 — from the start of service approximately until 12:00 will run from Myloslavska Street to the Havanskyi Bridge and then according to a rerouted itinerary; the route will be temporarily designated 114A.
