On the night of December 4, Russia launched a massive drone strike against Odesa's energy infrastructure. Seven people were injured in the attack, one of whom required hospitalization. This was reported by Odesa Regional Military Administration Head Oleg Kiper and the State Emergency Service.
Aftermath of the attack
Strike drones caused a fire at an energy facility and damaged an administrative building. The blast wave affected seven nearby apartment buildings – blowing out doors and glazing. Passenger cars were also damaged.
Rescuers pulled two people from blocked apartments. Psychological support was provided to another 33 residents, including six children. The fire was extinguished.
Head of the Odesa OVA Serhii Lysak clarified the condition of the wounded: three of them were hospitalized in moderately severe condition. Later it became known about a seventh victim of the attack, who was also hospitalized.

Power supply problems
Part of the Peresyp district was left without electricity. DTEK reported that energy workers restored power to 9,500 households via reserve schemes. At the same time, more than 51,000 households remain without power.
Due to the outage, tram routes No. 1 and No. 20 were suspended. Tram No. 7 is operating on a shortened route from Kherson Square to the 11th station of Lyustdorf Road.
Context
