565 calls in three years
Since its establishment, the Local Fire Department has responded to 565 calls: 405 fires in the response area, 38 emergency rescue operations, 29 instances of public assistance, and 87 other calls. The team works side by side with the State Emergency Service units of the Kyiv region and is well-known far beyond the community.
4,268 inquiries — and a living person behind each one
Over three years, the unified information dispatch service processed 4,268 inquiries: 3,109 through the unified dispatch number and 1,159 through Viber and Telegram. These are people calling in the middle of the night, worried, seeking help. Dispatchers listen, reassure, and coordinate services — regardless of the hour.
"You are the people who come to help first when support is needed most"
— Anton Ovsienko, village head of Bilohorod Community
Three years of reliability
Over three years, the Local Fire Department has become a symbol of responsiveness for the Bilohorod Community. At a time when rescuers are already overburdened with the consequences of war, having a local team is not a luxury but a necessity. Deep respect from the community to those who are first to respond to trouble.
