RazomUA - Kyiv-Mohyla Academy: "Leadership Trajectory" Program

The educational program "Trajectory of Leadership" once again brings together teenagers whose childhood has been affected by war, opening up opportunities for them to see their future more broadly. The National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, along with partners from the Ukrainian diaspora in the USA, supports this initiative by creating a space where young people learn to set goals, develop leadership skills, and find inner strength.

The participation of Anton Ovsyienko, a person who systematically supports youth educational projects in the community, added special value to the meeting. His key thesis became a guiding point for the program participants: "Value this opportunity, because here you receive the tools that will define your future more than any exam."

The story features the living experiences of children of military personnel, internally displaced persons, children of fallen defenders, and those whose parents are missing. The program helps them see their own potential, provides access to mentorship, an academic environment, and support that becomes the foundation on their path to adulthood. It is more than just education – it is an opportunity to carve out their own path and feel that they are not alone.
