What this means for Ukraine
Participation in 11 disciplines confirms that Ukrainian sport preserves breadth and competence even in difficult times. For society, this is a source of moral support; for diplomacy, a way to remind the world of our presence on the international stage; for federations and sponsors, an indicator of trust and investment in athlete preparation.
The context is also important on a global scale: according to the IOC, the Russian delegation will not take part in these Games, which reshapes the competitive balance and amplifies the symbolic weight of Ukraine’s representation.
“The delegation includes athletes, coaches, medical and technical support specialists, as well as representatives of the national team’s headquarters.”

The next stage is not only to arrive at the start line but to produce competitive results: the work of coaches, logistics, medical support and rear-area assistance must turn qualifications into actual performances. The country’s support and stable preparation can make this delegation even more significant than just a number on a protocol.
Now the question for partners and fans: can we provide athletes with the conditions that will allow turning this presence into concrete successes?
