Work with Appeals
The performance of the districts was also evaluated based on the quality and timeliness of responses to residents' appeals to the Contact Center 1551 in key categories: "Garbage," "Adjacent Territories," "Cleaning Trees, Branches, Leaves from Assigned Areas," "Illegal Dumps." The average execution level for these categories was 75.4%.
"The month-long campaign showed where the districts are working steadily and where more attention is needed. This is a normal process. The main thing is that the city is systematically moving forward, and residents are becoming active participants in the changes."
– noted the Department Director Mykhailo Budilov.
