Concrete action instead of words
The vehicle was purchased in Ukraine with funds under a co-financing arrangement: 90% — funds from the German government, 10% — from the Bilohorod Village Council. The equipment will be used to service sewage pumping stations in the community's villages — meaning it will directly affect the stability of communal infrastructure and the comfort of residents.

Dual purpose
Given the wartime conditions, the community adopted a practical approach to using the equipment: if necessary, the vacuum truck will be able to perform water delivery for the Bilohorod Village Council's local fire team. One vehicle — two tasks. Sensible and responsible.
"This is further proof that true partnership is measured not by words, but by concrete deeds, support and trust"
– Anton Ovsiyenko, Head of Bilohorod Village Council
From application to result
The project was implemented with the support of the German government in partnership with the community of Lomen. From submitting the application to receiving the equipment — the communities went through this process together. Today the result of this cooperation is already serving the needs of the Bilohorod community.
