What Was Discussed
During the meeting, the parties assessed the state of the community in conditions of recovery, identified key challenges and priorities. The central theme was preparation for the implementation of the Bilogorod Community Resilience Plan for the coming years.
The community came to the consultation well-prepared: there is current project and cost documentation for facilities that could be financed in the fields of education, security and energy efficiency.
Everyone Joined the Dialogue
The meeting was attended by representatives of local government, business, public organizations, veterans, youth and active residents. Everyone had the opportunity to speak and be heard — they spoke openly about the consequences of the full-scale war, daily challenges and concrete solutions.

What's Next
The community expressed its vision of priorities. Now the final decision of partners regarding the selection of projects for financing is expected. Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine combines the support of international partners and is aimed at strengthening the resilience of communities, restoring infrastructure and developing the capacity of local government.
