Memorandum Signed

A memorandum of further cooperation was signed between Bilohorodska Village Council and the MSOR center. Currently, as part of the partnership, 11 defenders from the community are undergoing rehabilitation and prosthetics.

For Those Refused by Others

During the signing ceremony, village head Anton Ovsienko told about one of the center's wards — a veteran who was refused prosthetics at several other institutions. At MSOR, he was not refused. According to Ovsienko, the man smiles and is returning to a full life.

"You have done very important work and continue to do so for many of our guys"

Next Step — Scaling Up

The community proposes extending this practice to other communities in Kyiv region and Ukraine. The goal is for defenders from any part of the country to be able to use the experience and partnerships of Bilohorodska Council.

As a token of gratitude, the MSOR center was presented with an award from Bilohorodska community.
