Bilohorodska Village Council adopted a decision to provide financial assistance totaling more than UAH 1.3 million under programs supporting the military and the "Turbota" program. This was reported on Facebook by village head Anton Ovsiienko following the extraordinary 90th session and the executive committee meeting.
Free meals for children of combatants (UBD)
Deputies amended previous decisions – now children of participants in hostilities from the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) will receive free meals in the community's educational institutions regardless of their place of registration.
Ovsiienko urged families to register in the community, explaining that every registered resident increases budget revenues and the ability to implement new initiatives.
Financial assistance programs
Under the program supporting Ukraine’s defenders, 72 applications were received totaling UAH 914,000. Assistance was provided to active servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, families of fallen soldiers, and wounded personnel undergoing rehabilitation.
Under the "Turbota" program, community residents submitted 73 applications for financial assistance totaling UAH 367,500.
New council decisions
The Department of Social and Veteran Policy will now handle the processing and issuance of certificates to parents and children from large families.
The executive committee approved rules for accepting wastewater into the centralized sewage system of PKG "Horenychi" and created a commission to resolve housing issues for internally displaced persons in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 1176.

The decisions were adopted at the extraordinary 90th session and the meeting of the executive committee of the Bilohorodska Village Council. Ovsiienko thanked the council deputies and members of the executive committee for their work.
