The Bilohorodska Village Council held its 91st extraordinary session, where it adopted a number of important decisions. This was reported by village head Anton Ovsienko.

Support for the military

Deputies allocated UAH 2 million as an interbudgetary transfer to a unit of the National Guard of Ukraine, where, notably, residents of the Bilohorodska community serve.

Joint project with Germany

The session granted permission to implement a joint project between the Bilohorodska Village Council and its German twin community Lomen. The project concerns the purchase of specialized equipment — a sludge vacuum truck to strengthen the community's municipal capabilities. Project details will be made public later.

Capital repairs

Deputies approved design and estimate documentation for two facilities in the community:

→ major overhaul of the Muzychanska outpatient clinic premises (revision);

→ capital repair of the storm sewer with subsequent installation of a stormwater drainage system in Sviatopetrivske.

They also made amendments to current programs — supporting defense capability, construction, reconstruction and repair of infrastructure facilities, cultural development, and financial support for communal enterprises for 2025.

Thank you to the deputy corps for their fruitful work

– Anton Ovsienko, Bilohorodska village head

Context

The session's decisions demonstrate the community's comprehensive approach to supporting the country's defense, developing international partnerships, and improving municipal infrastructure. The allocation of funds to the National Guard became particularly timely, given that many community residents serve there.
