Patrol officers also helped extinguish fires, freed people from blocked apartments, and ensured access for emergency vehicles.

Consequences of the Russian strike

As a result of the attack on 29 November, 37 people were injured in Kyiv and two were killed.

Because of the strikes, residents of five districts were temporarily left without heating; water pressure in the supply networks in all districts was restored to regulatory levels, and power was restored for more than 360,000 households.
